Basic Exercises for Energy.

(BlackFitness101.com) Very often you feel exhausted, and you need something to get you back on track. Naturally, the first thing that comes in your mind when you are tired is to take a nap, but this is not always the best solution. Did you know that there are exercises that can boost your energy?

Yes, it’s true! Your body is a wonderful machine, and there are some moves that will give you that new attitude that you need and the power to continue with your workout. If you are worried that you don’t have enough energy to complete the exercises, you will be happy to know that these moves are very easy even if you don’t have a good physical shape. Here we go!

Pick up sticks. This is one of the most effective and one of the easiest exercises that you can do to increase your energy levels. You have to stand tall on a mattress, with your hands next to your body. Make a step forward with your left leg and bend your knee to 90 degrees. At the same time, stretch your right leg towards the back and touch the floor with your left hand, like you want to pick up something. Get back in the initial position and repeat a fewblackcouple-walkingFAST-2016 times with each leg. If you want to make it more difficult, you can jump between each repetition.

Jumping Jacks. For sure you completed this exercise before, but you never knew why it’s so effective. When you make Jumping Jacks you are forcing your heart to pump more blood, and this will increase your energy. Stand tall with your feet a few inches away from each other and your hands next to your body. Jump, and while you do this spread your legs and raise your palms above your head. Get back in initial position and do this exercise as fast as you can for at least five minutes. I know, it can be exhausting!

Brisk Walk. You are too tired for jogging, but you still want to do something to get you off the couch? Go for a brisk walk! While you walk make sure that you are aware of your body; feel your muscles, keep a good posture, walk faster when you feel that you want to stop. You might feel funny in the beginning, but you will notice that you get more energy with every minute that you spend walking.

Chest-opening Hug. Sometimes you are not physically capable to do complicated, hard exercises, so you need something light, fast and effective. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your hands next to your body. Imagine you want to hug someone in front of you and open your arms as much as you can, while inhaling. Exhale, and bring your arms across your chest like you are hugging someone. Easy, right?

Reaching the sky. You need a fun exercise? Then this is the one! Stand tall and lift your right hand to the ceiling, while lifting your left knee as much as you can, until it is in line with your hip. Maintain them high for two seconds, then get back in the initial position and repeat with the other arm and leg. The faster you do it, the better the results!

Plie. If you ever saw a ballerina, then you know what a Plie is. Stand tall and keep your feet next to each other, with the toes directed towards the outside. Lift your body on your toes, while stretching your hands towards the ceiling. Then go down and bend your knees while touching the floor with your palms. When your knees are at the same level with your elbows, you can stop. Repeat it at least a dozen times!

As you can see, you don’t have to be a fitness trainer to make these exercises. They are so simple and fun that you will enjoy them from the first minute. Keep up the good work and enjoy your life full of energy!
